On October 9-11, seven of the ERDN multi- actor platforms (MAPs) from the SHERPA project (Poland, Romania, Lithuania) and 3 MAPs cooperating with ERDN (Estonia, Spain) participated in the Caspar PREMIUM_EU project meeting in Krakow to seek synergies and share the lessons learned from the dialogue with multiple actors at the territorial level in formulating of public policy recommendations.
Paweł Chmieliński spoke about the cooperation in the ERDN that supports the continuation of the multi-actor dialogue at regional level and, together with Katarzyna Gizińska and Agnieszka Kurdyś-Kujawska, they presented the activities of the SHERPA MAPs in Poland emphasizing the importance of the representativeness of the actors involved. Monica Tudor shared impressions from Romanian MAPs in strengthening participatory governance at the local level and importance of horizontal and vertical political dialogue for reaching the proper targets. Živilė Gedminaitė-Raudonė and Rita Lankauskienė spoke about the dialogue in MAP Lithuania emphasizing the empowerment of local actors in the political decision-making process.
